Delivery & Shipping

ALL PRICES ARE SHOWN IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS BY DEFAULT

You may choose to view the online shop in the British Pound, Euro, New Zealand Dollar, US dollar and Singapore Dollar by selecting the currency dropdown menu on the category pages.

 

Delivery Within Australia

Please refer to the shipping calculator for the delivery costs and estimated days for delivery by clicking on the Shopping Cart link on the top of each page. 

Upon clearance of your payment, we will ship your item within 2 business days from Australia. All shipment will be done via Australia Post and you can choose to use the Standard or Express Post Service. Delivery typically takes around 2 - 7 days, depending on your location unless special matters occur, such as delayed custom clearance or long holidays, etc. 

Please take note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and we take no responsibility in items lost or damaged in transit. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item. Normally there is no custom duties but it's not guaranteed that you will not be taxed.


International Deliveries

Please refer to the shipping calculator for the delivery costs and estimated days for delivery by clicking on the Shopping Cart link on the top of each page. 

Upon clearance of your payment, we will ship your item within 2 business days from Australia. All shipment will be done via Australia Post and you can choose to use the Seamail, Airmail or Express Post International, depending on your location. Delivery date will be specified on your shopping cart page and should be accurate unless special matters occur, such as delayed custom clearance or long holidays, etc. Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details. 

 

Late Deliveries

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following: 

Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
Orders placed after midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will inform you promptly so that you can consider an alternative item.
If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact our Online department at info@theminkshop.com.
